Our Patron Saint

Mary the mother of Jesus Christ, under the title of our Lady of Sorrows, is the patron saint of Baby Beds Incorporated.

Mary endured much sorrow throughout her life as Mother of Jesus. At the beginning of this life, Mary was facing possible divorce and even death at the conception of Jesus becoming known. She endured the birth of Jesus in a stable, after having been rejected by every human establishment in Bethlehem. She experienced the sorrows of the trip to Egypt, fleeing the hatred of Herod as he murdered the baby boys of Bethlehem to rid his kingdom of the new King. She shared in all the sorrows of Jesus’ life, His rejection by religious leaders, the widespread unbelief and distrust of God that He found, betrayal and abandonment by His own disciples and apostles, and His eventual arrest, passion, death and burial. Jesus endured all of this in expiation for the sins of the world, our sins! All sin is against life, as the wages of sin are death.

Today, abortion, euthanasia, abandonment, sexual excess, lack of commitment, lack of accountability, and more cause so much pain in the Body of Christ. Babies are murdered and being born with no parents who want them. This is an ongoing cause of the passion of Christ and the sorrows of His mother. Let us entrust these children and their parents in need to our Lady of Sorrows for their comfort, physical aid, and spiritual well-being.
